The Path to Entry

  2. Resume Review & Initial Screening

    • Your application goes through a structured review, followed by an initial screening call to assess your background, experience, and communication skills.

  3. Technical & Competency Assessment

    • You’ll complete a technical challenge and a real-world problem-solving evaluation tailored to your expertise. To ensure fairness and authenticity, we use anti-cheating measures that detect AI-generated responses, external assistance, and other integrity risks.

  4. Industry Expert Interview

    • If you pass the technical stage, you’ll be interviewed by a Citadel team member with direct experience in your field. This is where we assess your ability to think critically, solve problems, and apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios.
